Professionally structured sessions!

I have bought a few of Matt Sheldon’s programs and have not been disappointed by any! I am 19 years old and have multiple professional trials overseas this year and these programs have been such a useful tool. This particular tool helps to generate training programs to your specific needs and requirements as well as helping to create custom programs choosing from the sessions given. Matt Sheldon always puts time and energy into these programs and you will not regret them!

Great Program but Confusing

Actually this is a great training program. I love it that you can customize almost everything and the sessions have a comfortable length, so I can easily fit them in my schedule. Why it's only 4 stars is because of the organisation. You have to scroll way too much and it's a little hard to find the drills. Maybe you could create links to the exercises so we don't have to search for it. But all in all great Program
