The Blueprint is professional level soccer training program with six days a week of specific skill oriented soccer training sessions. Each session lasts between 1.5-2 hours depending on the player's skill level. This is the exact training I used to prepare technically before my professional trials in Germany. (There is no weightlifting, cardio, or plyometrics).

The Blueprint is a 12 week long program divided up into 5 phases. Each Phase is broken into different days of focus to ensure 100% concentration on developing small areas of the player's game.

  • Monday: Intensive Dribbling
  • Tuesday: Finishing
  • Wednesday: First Touch
  • Thursday: Explosive Moves
  • Friday: Precision Passing
  • Saturday: Creativity/Flair
  • Sunday: Rest

Question

Hello, do u reccomend it even if i have 5 days to train(weekdays, because i have team training on weekends) and i can train the regular time ( 1hour and 30 minutes) for 3 trainings and I have to reduce the time for 2 so it will be around 35 minutes. ( and i can kind of like switch trainings for reduced time every week so its balances or do the most important for longer periods every week) , thanks for your recomendation.

Very help full already feel like I’m improving, but there is one thing I would like to ask you, my name is John Paul I just turn 16 years old I’ve been playing soccer for about 3 consecutive years now and for the past 3 year I have tryed my best to isolate, visualize and dedicate my self every day to improve in soccer and to make it up in the ranks, for the past 3 years I’ve been training 2 times a day with gym session and just recently started to use your programs but have not been able to join a team due to the unstable nature of my parents so my question is that how do you think I should go about getting on a soccer team when me and parents are moving every year?

Great stuff

The blue print helps out a lot. On the days she has practice we just shorten the practice sessions. There are a lot of great ideas and it helps us stay on track. She has improved a lot. I like how it is broken up and is very detailed. I read some of the comments. Probably some videos would help. Though the drills I needed some clarification I was able to look on YouTube.
