Tekkers is slang for a player's control, touch, skill, and general technique with the ball. This program aims to improve just that. You will work strenuously to improve your tekkers through freestyle juggling, tight space dribbling, intense skill work, balanced stalls, effective attacking moves, quick passes, and much more.
All you need is a ball and a few cones.

It was a good workout worth the money It gave me something to do and I felt my touches get better. I actually did all of it in two weeks instead of four.
