i feel like such a pro in the gym 😂😭

i’ll be honest, before i just used to go into the gym, freestyle, do it again for a day and not go again for a week. but now, i’ve consistently been going for over 2 weeks. the plan is very easy to follow , 90% of gyms have all the equipment matt says to use in it too! great program, can’t wait to see my results in 8 weeks. 😌 can’t recommend it enough! i also recommend the hypertrophy program (the one im doing) :)
