This program covers exactly what I did day by day, week by week, and month by month for the entire 2018-2019 offseason before heading off to preseason with the professional team, Tulsa Roughnecks FC in the USL Championship.

Every rep, set, and rest time of every single soccer training session, cardio routine, gym workout, pick-up game, and trial was recorded and logged into this program so you guys can get a clear view into the typical offseason of a professional soccer player.

The program covers everything from the first day of Offseason on October 15th through the first day of preseason on January 21st. Dozens of drills, exercises, workout routines, etc.

In total the program is 165 pages.

Exactly What It Sounds Like

This program is exactly what it sounds like. It’s Matt’s full offseason and you can definitely learn a ton from it. I’ve also bought a few other programs from Matt though and definitely think there is more to get from the other programs just because of the workouts, drill, and exercises.

Fantastic Work

Bought this program to get a better understanding of overtraining. Sometimes I feel like I do too much and then other days I feel like I don’t do enough. It was really great to be able to peer into Matt’s offseason to see how much he works, when he takes off days, how he tapers off before trials or matches. Plus, the program itself is beautiful.

Loved it, but understand what you’re buying.

It was fascinating to see into the life of a pro footballer and I definitely learned a lot about how Matt structures his workouts and trainings in offseason. However, I don’t think is program is as applicable to players’ training regimens as the other programs.
